Palletizing


The last task in logistics work is to load those products which are ready for shipment onto cage carts and pallets. However, there are also heavier products ranging from 20 kg to 30 kg, and continually performing this transfer work is extremely taxing. MUJIN realizes automation through robotics, freeing people from such tough work.

  • The palletizing side is also monitored by MUJIN 3D Vision, and palletizing is performed according to conditions, even when there are displacements of loads.

Feature 3 “Teachless” high performance

With conventional teaching methods, performance would be faster or slower depending on the robot’s programmer, and the robot’s potential performance would not be exploited to the maximum. When connected to the MUJIN Controller, all the robot’s operations are generated without teaching, and the optimum route is calculated.
